She has worked with more than 50 nationalities all over the Gulf and in the United States, Germany, Italy, France, UK, New Zealand and Africa. She has the capability of professionally working in English and French. She has basic knowledge of Arabic language.
Fatima Nakhjavanpur is an accredited coach by International Coach Federation and has more than 3000 hours of coaching experience. She is a certified coach and also
graduate of the Co-Active Leadership program by the world renowned Co-Active
Training Institute as well as Organizational and Relationship System Coaching by CRR. She is certified in Systemic Team coaching by AOEC and an accredited coach and faculty member of Ashridge University in the UK, and provides coaching and facilitates leadership programs for Ashridge university and Hult International Business School clients in the Middle East. Fatima is also a licensed Business Practitioner of NLP by Richard Bandler.
Fatima is an active member of International Coach Federation and has received her Master Certified Coach accreditation. She is one of the founding members of ICF Dubai Chapter and has served at various board levels including Director of Development in ICF Dubai Board of Directors.
She is certified with Hogan assessment systems (HPI, HDS and MVPI) as well as Leadership Circle (a 360-feedback report). She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from AUSCT in UAE. She also holds a business degree from Chamber of commerce in Paris, France.
Prior to becoming a coach, Fatima has more than 18 years of experience with human interactions and behavior through sales, marketing and human resource positions she has held in small businesses to large size multinational corporates. She has extensive experience and understanding of working with different cultures. She has specific knowledge and insight into Middle Eastern culture and society and has gained the quality to be culturally and ethnically sensitive towards people she is in contact with. In September 2009 she left the corporate world to pursue her long-time passion for human development and contributing to the world through coaching, facilitation and leadership development.
Fatima has been interviewed by CNN International TV, Dubai One TV, Forbes Middle East magazine, The Executive Women magazine, and has been hosted on Dubai Eye Radio on multiple programs. Her articles as Executive and Leadership Development Coach have been published in the national newspapers and magazines of the UAE.
